Commission paid to the Affiliate a percentage of the combined month Net Winnings for
play on Sportsbook, Live Casino, Keno Fishing and slot generated as a result of a direct
referral by the Affiliate. Net winning is: Sportsbook, Live Casino, Keno Fishing and
slot gross profits from bets made from customers’ losses less monies paid out to
customers as a result of fraud, charge-backs, taxes, bank Charge fees, platform fees,
bonuses and other incentives offered to the customer. Referral’s fees and commissions
are based upon our good faith calculation, based on our statistics and tracking methods.

* If Active Customers is less than 5, commission will not be calculated.
* If there is negative balance for a particular month, that negative balance will be
carried over to the succeeding months until new activity results in positive net
winnings.
Example 1 : If Company Net Win/Loss
is 250,000 Baht and Active Customers < 5, = No commission.
Example 2 : If Company Net Win/Loss
is 250,000 Baht and Active Customers >=5,
commission= 250,000 Baht x 30%
Example 3: If Company Net Win/Loss
is 9,000 Baht and Active Customers >= 5, No Commission
and9,000 Baht will be carried over to next month
Example 4: If Company Net Win/Loss
is 260,000 Baht and Active Customers >= 5, Commission
and 260,000 Baht x 38%
Example 5: If Company Net Win/Loss
is 2,600,000 Baht and Active Customers >= 5, Commission
